Company Culture of Community Service

Ventegra's commitment to channeling our resources to positively impact the lives of others is reflected through our employees' dedication to community service. Our Volunteer Time Off Policy (VTO) encourages team members to take paid time off to support philanthropic programs. We cultivate a company culture of goodwill by recognizing participation in activities that enrich our employees' lives and build strong community bonds.

The challenges posed by COVID-19 throughout 2020 and 2021 did not derail our team members' community commitment. We are proud of our employees who participated in myriad community service opportunities. Taking advantage of Ventegra's VTO policy, Ventegrans volunteered as Girl Scouts leaders, food pantry assistants, Pet Rescue dog walkers, elderly caregivers, Coast Guard marathon team leaders, Multiple Sclerosis Society bike riders, Meals on Wheels drivers, and more!

Athena G. (Business Support Specialist) says, "For the past few months, I have been volunteering at a pet rescue. I love walking the rescue dogs and getting some exercise in as well! It's something that I've been wanting to do for a while. Ventegra's commitment to community service really helped to make it a reality!"

Christine Y. (Account Manager) echoes this sentiment, explaining, "I started volunteering at a nonprofit pet rescue to bring some energy and happiness into my week! I'm grateful that Ventegra encourages community involvement and giving back to those in need."

We appreciate our employees' efforts and the improvements they have made in their communities!
